Job description

We are looking for experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultants with 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting OTM solutions to address complex transportation and logistics challenges for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) modules

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into OTM functional and technical specifications

  • Design and manage OTM workflows, agents, and integrations (XML, XSLT, Web Services)

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions

  • Troubleshoot OTM-related issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements

  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and performance tuning

  • Provide documentation and end-user training

Requirements:

  • 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)

  • Strong knowledge of OTM modules such as Order Management, Planning, Execution, and Freight Payment

  • Experience with OTM configurations, agents, and integration techniques

  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and understanding of Oracle database structures

  • Functional understanding of transportation, logistics, and supply chain processes

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud OTM (Fusion Transportation Management)

  • Exposure to other Oracle SCM modules or ERP systems

  • OTM certification (optional but preferred)

  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
